1. General Refund Policy

PNW Dog Walking Co Strives To Provide Reliable, High-Quality Dog Walking Services. Because Appointments Are Reserved In Advance, Payments And Refunds Are Subject To The Terms Outlined In This Policy.

Payments Are Generally Non-Refundable Once Services Have Been Provided. Refunds For Cancelled, Unused, Or Uncompleted Services Will Be Handled In Accordance With This Policy And Applicable Law.

2. Client Cancellations

Our Cancellation Policy Applies To All Scheduled Dog Walking Appointments:

• Cancellations Made 24 Hours Or More Before The Scheduled Visit: No Cancellation Fee Will Apply. Any Prepaid Amount For The Cancelled Visit Will Be Refunded Or Credited Toward A Future Booking.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before The Scheduled Visit: A Cancellation Fee Equal To 50% Of The Scheduled Visit Fee Will Apply. Any Remaining Prepaid Balance Will Be Refunded Or Credited.
• Same-Day Cancellations And No-Shows: A Fee Equal To 100% Of The Scheduled Visit Fee Will Apply. No Refund Will Be Issued For The Cancelled Visit.

3. Cancellations By PNW Dog Walking Co

If PNW Dog Walking Co Must Cancel A Scheduled Visit And Cannot Arrange A Suitable Replacement Or Mutually Agreed Rescheduling, The Client Will Be Entitled To A Refund Or Credit For The Unprovided Service.

If A Visit Must Be Ended Early Due To A Safety Concern, Emergency, Or Circumstance Beyond Our Reasonable Control, Any Refund Or Credit Will Be Determined Based On The Circumstances And Applicable Law.

4. Service Packages And Prepaid Bookings

For Prepaid Walks Or Service Packages, Refund Eligibility Will Depend On The Services Already Provided And Any Applicable Cancellation Fees.

Unused Prepaid Services May Be Refunded Or Credited Where Appropriate, Subject To Any Clearly Disclosed Package Terms And Applicable Law.

5. Emergency Situations

PNW Dog Walking Co Understands That Unexpected Circumstances Can Arise. Refund Exceptions May Be Considered On A Case-By-Case Basis For Emergencies Or Other Exceptional Situations. Any Exception Is At The Discretion Of PNW Dog Walking Co, Subject To Applicable Law.

6. Refund Processing

Approved Refunds Will Generally Be Issued To The Original Payment Method. Processing Times May Vary Depending On The Payment Provider Or Financial Institution.

Clients Who Believe They Are Entitled To A Refund Should Contact PNW Dog Walking Co With Their Booking Details So The Request Can Be Reviewed.
